Jordan’s passion for massage therapy stems from his own lower leg injury. He saw that massage techniques could provide the therapeutic affects to eliminate pain, perform better, and be injury free for longer. Dr. Claire Bacareza obtained her Honours Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from the Ontario TechU in 2018. She went on to achieve her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating Cum Laude. Dr. Claire is an evidence-based Chiropractor that is passionate about exercise and helping people make small changes that can greatly and positively impact their overall health. Dr. Claire understands the multifaceted and complex nature of pain problems which is why she fosters the biopsychosocial approach to healthcare.
Manual therapy, exercise, and education are the three major areas of focus during treatments. Not only does Dr. Claire examine the area of complaint, but also addresses other aspects of patients’ health that may be contributing to the issue including emotional and mental well-being, stress, sleep and sleep hygiene, and nutrition. The human body is an intricate system that requires attention to all areas to function optimally. Dr. Claire believes that everybody is a different body and therefore treatments should be tailored to the needs, goals, and pace of each individual human.
