Dr. Claire Bacareza obtained her Honours Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from the Ontario TechU in 2018. She went on to achieve her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating Cum Laude. Dr. Claire is an evidence-based Chiropractor that is passionate about exercise and helping people make small changes that can greatly and positively impact their overall health. Dr. Claire understands the multifaceted and complex nature of pain problems which is why she fosters the biopsychosocial approach to healthcare.
Manual therapy, exercise, and education are the three major areas of focus during treatments. Not only does Dr. Claire examine the area of complaint, but also addresses other aspects of patients’ health that may be contributing to the issue including emotional and mental well-being, stress, sleep and sleep hygiene, and nutrition. He continued his education by obtaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic (Magna Cum Laude) at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2023). Dr. Dennis is a chiropractor that believes in working collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals.
