I have an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, with a Minor in Psychology, and over four years of experience as a personal trainer. My passion for health and fitness comes from my own journey—I grew up out of shape and discovered fitness as a way to improve not just my physical health but also my confidence. That experience shaped my belief in the power of movement and inspired me to help others feel their best.

Through my work, I’ve come to appreciate both the active and passive sides of care, which led me to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I truly believe that proper movement mechanics and mobility are key to long-term health and longevity.

My approach is all about putting the patient first. I focus on active care and education because I want people to not only feel better but also understand their bodies and build lasting habits that keep them moving and thriving

A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, they take an evidence-based approach to treatment, focusing on restoring function, relieving pain, and promoting overall well-being.

Before becoming an RMT, Nicole studied sociology at York University, always keeping massage therapy in the back of their mind but never pursuing it at the time. Their journey took a new direction when they discovered Muay Thai—a sport that sparked a deep fascination with movement, recovery, and injury prevention. This passion ultimately led them to pursue massage therapy. After working in telecommunications, the onset of COVID provided the push they needed to take a leap of faith into the profession, and they haven’t looked back since.

With expertise in deep tissue massage, Swedish techniques, pre/post-natal care, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, Nicole tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of every client. Their added experience as a Muay Thai practitioner and instructor ensures a well-rounded approach to care.

Whether clients are looking to ease tension, recover from an injury, or improve mobility, Nicole is dedicated to helping them achieve their wellness goals. Outside of the clinic, they continue to train and teach Muay Thai and enjoy walking their Samoyed dog, embracing an active lifestyle that deepens their understanding of movement and well-being.

Hi, my name is Alexander (Alex), and I am a registered massage therapist and certified personal trainer. Before pursuing these careers, I was in school for computer programming. After a few months, I realized that the program wasn’t a good fit for my lifestyle and decided to drop out. Two years later, a friend introduced me to the idea of becoming a massage therapist. Knowing my love for anatomy, working out, and helping others, she believed it would be a great fit and she was right!

Over the last few years, I have worked in various environments, including gyms, spas, and multidisciplinary clinics. This experience has allowed me to work with a wide range of clients. As a result, I am skilled at developing treatment plans tailored to your body’s specific needs, performing relaxation massages, and adjusting my pressure to match your comfort level.

When I am not treating or training clients, I enjoy weightlifting, running, socializing with friends, and watching anime (my favorites are One Piece and Naruto). For me, working out is a form of self-care it ensures I can give 100% effort to each treatment and helps prevent injuries. Growing up, I played a lot of sports, primarily basketball and volleyball, which instilled a competitive attitude, teamwork skills, and a constant drive to improve.

My treatment style includes general Swedish massage techniques, ranging from sports massage, relaxation, and deep tissue to trigger-point release. I also like to incorporate my personal training expertise into my treatment plans. Towards the end of each session, I often demonstrate exercises and/or stretches to further alleviate pain or discomfort.

I look forward to working with you
