No-shows : Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50.00 no show fee. Patients who provide 12 hours notice or less or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.

Dr. Dina Al-Kayssi ND is a Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She also holds a Doctor of Medicine Degree from All Saints University School of Medicine with excellence in Clinical Sciences, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences from McMaster University.

Tiara completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Brock University with human anatomy and biomechanics being her favourite courses. She has an extensive background in personal training and athletic performance. She has been a competitive athlete in rugby, field hockey and olympic weightlifting and has experienced countless injuries which helps her to understand and facilitate the rehabilitation process for her patients. Tiara’s goal is to help patients recover from injuries, reconnect to their bodies and improve resilience and strength to prevent further injury. She enjoys helping patients develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, aspects of biomechanics and human anatomy to streamline the treatment plan and the overall rehabilitation process. Dr. Dennis Chen began his journey at the University of Waterloo where he graduated with a Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2019). He continued his education by obtaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic (Magna Cum Laude) at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2023). Dr. Dennis is a chiropractor that believes in working collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals. He understands that a patient’s health is influenced by numerous factors and approaches each case in a holistic manner to determine the right course of treatment.

Dr. Dennis comes from a personal training background and believes that evaluating movement and body positioning is crucial to assessing one’s problems. He incorporates an integrative assessment that evaluates an individual’s movement capacity and tailors it to match their daily responsibilities. Manual therapy, education, exercise/physical activity prescription, lifestyle modifications, and reassurance are the cornerstone of his treatments. Dr. Dennis believes open communication, understanding patients’ preferences , and constant feedback are important in approaching one’s health. Kerry became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2021 after graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College. In 2023, she also became a Level 1 Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST). In 2024, Kerry studied under the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) to become a Certified Exercise Specialist. Juno obtained his Master of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University after graduating from UBC with his Bachelor of Kinesiology. Throughout his journey he worked as a kinesiologist and with athletes through the Special Olympics. He has completed additional courses in manual therapy and neurodevelopmental facilitation. Juno was inspired to join the profession after seeing the impact physical therapy had on his own recovery as well as his loved ones.

In his practice, Juno employs an active approach paired with hands-on techniques to help facilitate movement and recovery.
